They couldn't issue a full refund because it's a custom order of course but their customer service is great and they're patient with re-explaining things when your dumb*** didn't get it the first time. Instead of taking the refund offer with an added cost for redoing the custom order I've decided to reorder the ring I meant to order (I goofed up the thickness) not only because their material has such an impeccable shine it can used like a mirror, but because the customer service is top notch, even for etsy where the sellers are petrified they might get a bad review.

Also the engraving is beautiful and I'd post pics if it was at all visible but it's not because I ordered such a thin ring with so much text
