Refund policy

Return Eligibility:

Personalized (engraved) items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, except under special conditions.

• Return of merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
• The product must be returned in unworn and new condition.
• Include original receipt/packing slip in the package.
• Merchandise that has been altered in any way from its arrival condition is not eligible for a refund or exchange and will be rejected from our RMA center.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns Or Exchanges (If Applicable):

If approved for a return or exchange, all shipping is to be paid buy the customer with the shipping services preferred. Under special conditions, we will provide a prepaid return label at our cost if fulfilled incorrectly. Upon receipt, we will issue the appropriate refund or send out an exchange with a new tracking number provided to you!

Late or Missing Refunds :

Once a refund is processed on our end, please allow 1-3 business days for the transaction to reflect back into your account. At times, it would depend on the bank or credit card company to release the funds back into your account which we have no control over.

Discretionary Returns :

• Discretionary returns are categorized as: No longer needed, ordered/bought by mistake, better price available, etc.
• Refunds on discretionary returns will be reduced by outbound (to customer) shipping cost, return shipping cost, and restocking fees if applicable.
• You can ship the return via any carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend fully insuring your package, and request a delivery confirmation so you know when your shipment has been received by us.
• TheElegantShoppe is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipment to us. Any unauthorized and improperly packaged items(s) will be refused by our RMA center.
